About the Role:
We’re now ready to scale our commercial efforts and are looking for a driven BDM to join the team. You’ll be on the front line — engaging with startups, introducing Yotewo’s value proposition, and helping to convert interest into high-quality opportunities. This is a high-impact role with ownership from day one and clear growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, engage, and convert startup and scale-up prospects through outbound sales
- Book meetings with large and enterprise clients, as well as key decision-makers at high-growth companies.
- Maintain strong top-of-mind awareness through smart follow-up and consistent touchpoints
- Represent Yotewo at startup events, community meetups, and networking sessions in London
- Log and track outreach via Attio and collaborate with leadership on refining messaging and process
Requirements:
- Previous experience in talent tech or recruitment platforms
- Experience selling to HR, founders, or C-level execs in tech
- Existing network across startup or VC ecosystems
Nice to Have:
- Experience in talent platforms
