How CaseCraft.AI is Building the Future of Small Claims

People spend an enormous amount of time on the mechanics of small claims cases: compiling documents, cross-referencing facts, preparing bundles, and digging through case histories. These tasks are essential—but they’re also incredibly manual.

CaseCraft.AI was founded to change that.

Their product vision is ambitious: use AI to radically streamline how individuals and businesses prepare, organise, and manage small claims—saving time, reducing human error, and allowing minds to focus on strategy, not paperwork. When the team approached us at Yotewo, they already had a working MVP and a clear understanding of the legal workflows they wanted to transform. What they needed was technical capacity and scale—a team that could bring the product vision to life at speed, without compromising on precision, data protection, or user experience.

What CaseCraft.AI Is Building

At its core, CaseCraft.AI is designed to be the legal assistant every person wishes they had—but smarter, faster, and always available.

Their platform uses AI to help individuals and businesses:

  • Automatically structure and annotate case documents
  • Create organised, shareable case bundles with just a few clicks
  • Track and connect evidence across complex timelines
  • Minimise the need for repetitive formatting, referencing, and manual checks
  • Stay compliant with court formatting and submission standards

Instead of relying on fragmented systems and Word document workarounds, CaseCraft offers a single, intuitive interface that brings together all key elements of small claim preparation.

Our Role: Building the Technical Foundation

To support the next phase of CaseCraft’s growth, Yotewo onboarded a CPTO, two Front-end Developers and one Back-end Developer with AI expertise.

We worked closely with the founders to:

  • Refactor and scale the core management system
  • Improve system performance for handling large case files and PDFs
  • Introduce better AI integration and data structuring pipelines
  • Build secure sharing and collaboration workflows

As the legal domain demands extreme accuracy, compliance, and traceability, every feature had to meet real-world standards used by practicing solicitors and barristers.

Why This Matters

LegalTech isn’t just about automation—it’s about freeing up time for better judgment.

By focusing on streamlining admin-heavy workflows, CaseCraft.ai is helping:

  • Reduce small claim preparation time
  • Minimise clerical errors that can derail small claims
  • Standardise knowledge sharing
  • Future-proof legal practice through intelligent small claim systems

For us at Yotewo, this collaboration represents what great tech hiring is really about: giving visionary founders the resources to build products that matter, faster.

The Future of Legal Work

CaseCraft is just getting started. With law becoming more digitised and law firms under increasing pressure to do more with less, tools like CaseCraft will be essential—not optional.

We’re proud to support this transition and continue working with their team to scale features, improve AI capabilities, and deliver on a bold promise: a smarter, more streamlined legal process for everyone.
